Jane Mayle Odette Coat

Gossip Girl is a total guilty pleasure, entertainment wise, but as a fashion resource, the show is a gold mine. The stylists do such a nice job dressing their characters and it's fun to be able to recognize certain pieces in their wardrobes. I watched the Thanksgiving episode the other night and was quite taken with metallic tweed coat worn by Serena. I had to track it down. The garment seemed familiar, and I realized I had admired it on the back of a customer the week before. At first I thought it had to be Chanel, but it was from Jane Mayle's Fall 2008 collection.
